Thank you very much for sharing the lessons learned. Congratulations on the great achievements. Reaching the remaining 11% of the PLHIV for testing and then for treatment would require building an enabling environment, including addressing oppressive laws and policies, changing the minds and hearts of society members, especially in addressing stigma and discrimination. How can the voices in this region affect the national discourse, bring out issues and effect change?
