Excellent points! As we're creating digital content these days, we are considering how it can be created in a way to use virtually or the traditional F2F. Choice is so important!

We’ve had a lot of success getting teachers to use tools by providing training for them (webinars) and using the tools a tool during a training session.

We also provide short how-to videos for teachers and students.

@Cheri, one thing that has worked for our program (community-based, mostly volunteer instructors) is to have weekly instructor chats. It's optional, but it's been a rich space for instructors to try different things out and share their successes. When I know a teacher has had some success with a certain Zoom feature or a tech tool, I ask them to be a "featured speaker" in a chat. It gains more traction hearing from their peers than hearing from me (admin/coordinator).

I am a hands on learner so I wish I could see it being done. I really appreciate our students’ and other teachers’ frustrations.
