How long are your virtual intake sessions? Do you include all paperwork and placement tests in one session?

How do you communicate with your lowest level ESL students when they first connect with you at a distance? Do you have staff that speak the necessary languages?
If your students lack digital literacy skills and have to do intake by phone, is there follow-up done on getting them connected to the online platforms? Is there an assessment of their digital literacy?
