40:29
Where can we find the multimedia resources developed for this project ?

45:19
Were these packages targeted to health workers? or to the mothers?

50:00
Is there a system for external assessment to (objectively) determine adherence to guidelines (and, if so, what does this system look like) or is it up to individual sites to implement, monitor and evaluate their own progress?

52:16
Excellent work by Vriddhi! Congratulations!

52:46
Thank you Harish for the excellent presentation. Was there any role of the father in family participatory care ?

52:56
So impressive Harish - thank you for your eloquent presentation on the achievements from India

53:04
On play store safe delivery app can be downloaded and av resources can be used

53:24
What a wonderful example of showing how nurturing and family centered-care can multiply the impact of evidence-based interventions

53:50
Yes, indeed! Thank you for an inspiring presentation!

54:47
Terrific presentation thank you - echo MaryJane's question of how the assessment of adherence to clinical care was collected and verified at such scale, thank you

57:47
We analyzed existing data and developed 7 indices for rational admission, Antimicrobial use against sepsis, admissions vis a vis beds, asphyxia rates, LBW survival vs admissions, mortality in babies above 2.5 kg and shared analyzed information with all

58:39
We matched results vis a vis actual reports of trained neonatoligists and found similar observations

01:02:03
FPC AV Modules are directed at mother and are in English and local language

01:04:56
Thank you - so this data is already available through a digital HMIS and so didn't require facility level audits? Helpful to understand what resources are required to routinely monitor this index, thank you

01:06:52
Details of quality score can be sen in this

01:07:07
thank you

01:07:38
Along with data Medical college provided precision supervision

01:09:03
Thank you Dr. Meseret , thank you every one, This a very big & important event.

01:09:24
Thank you, Harish - just to clarify - capacity of medical colleges were built to supervise and assess facilities against these standards?

01:11:06
Yes we adapted standards and trained them how to give score for uniformity as per WHO scoring criteria

01:11:51
What about the sustainability of the resoruce centers - do they get support from Vriddhi or is it from the govt?

01:12:23
Resource centre has been taken over by state with their own reources

01:13:25
That is wonderful - what about the other states?

01:14:01
even at inception stage partial support by Vriddhi and agreement that they will take over if it provides support as per their vision

01:14:53
needs more advocacy and technical support to other states as to what inputs are needed for such an activity

01:19:09

To share with you all, the MAMI Global Network has just released the MAMI Care Pathway Package to help support identification and support of small and nutritionally at risk infants under 6 month and their mothers, esp at community level. This integrated approach looks to leverage and build linkages with existing systems and services - links to neonatal care are critical. The MAMI Care Pathway featured in last week’s Nutrition and Child Health Subgroup Meeting. The pathway will be tested in a RCT in Ethiopia (Jimma and Deder) in a LSHTM/Jimma University/ENN and GOAL research programme, https://www.ennonline.net/mamicarepathway; https://www.ennonline.net/ourwork/research/mamiriseethiopia.
