in the UK hospitals are accredited as Baby Friendly Hospitals with a 10 point score Is there such a system in UP

59:55
Thank you very much for sharing the good work you are doing. Can you share your experience with ensuring dedicated nurses for SNCUs and NICUs? Do you have a separate neonatal nurse cadre? If so, are there any challenges you face in their deputation and retention?

01:01:12
Fantastic efforts, congratulations on the successes. What is being done to support referrals to tertiary facilities for more complex conditions such as some birth defects? Is the RBSK program being implemented in UP as well?

01:01:54
Thank you very much, that is very helpful to learn from your experience Dr. Ved

01:03:20
Is Task shifting from paediatricians to MBBS medical officers by training and clinical mentoring a possible solution for shortage of paediatricians

01:04:00
Congratulations for the huge achievement. what kind of tool are you using for certifying the sites, will it be possible to share. do you have well established biomedical units at the hospitals for preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment in the SNCU/NICs

01:04:27
Thank you so much, I am wondering if you will be sharing the record of this session afterwards?

01:04:45
What are the options for recruiting paediatricians if there are no paediatricians available at the CHC level where the NBSU has been established?? Will you consider hiring a local paediatrician, may be as a consultant??

01:05:00
Excellent information very good Ppts by both of the speakers🙏🙏🙏

01:07:42
@Aoma - yes the slides will be shared with the recording afterwards

01:27:33
Thank you Dr Vasantha, very impressive ppt. the impact of good collaboration with the medical schools. you showed that the nurse graduates' knowledge and skills was very low. Any action taken to improve the standards of these pre service training schools?

01:28:10
Since one of the many gaps that may be addressed while using a nurse mentoring method is capacity building. What about the policy decision-making gaps, the lack of adequate infrastructure, and the lack of a strong data analysis system?

01:31:35
Nurse Mentoring initiative focusses on capacity building only. TSU in general doesn’t support at strengthening the infrastructure directly. On data and data analysis , there is dashboard, data systems, data analysts etc and the next presenter will elaborate

01:35:02
My Question to Archana Madam, Respected Madam, Kindly share your strategies for Quality sustainability after National certification

01:36:48
Dr. Vasanthakumar and Dr Prakash thank you very much for the presentations. What impressive improvements! I was wondering if you could talk more about changing organizational culture from fear and covering up errors to quality improvement and problem solving approaches? Any comments about change in terms of how mistakes and shortcomings are handled? And/or reflections on gender/class/caste in the medical hierarchy?

01:40:10
Great question. The embedded nature of support by TSU, being part of the journey and data being used for problem solving are some of the approaches. But in Government the stick is used more than required

01:42:28
Thank you so much for these reflections

01:43:39
Thanks Everyone
