Enjoyed the session and sharing of all of the data. Mental health/stress/anxiety affects so many aspects of daily life—how you think and feel and make choices (ie overeat, don't exercise, smoke more). Having a mental health problem (knowingly or unknowingly) could make it harder to stick to your diabetes care plan or stop smoking etc. Any efforts to study this connection or screen for depression at the time of screening for diabetes. Overlap these chronic illness maps with mental health indicators and test interventions that address depression, anxiety, mental health etc. Intervention: Perhaps engage residents in more support groups so they can share thoughts and feelings with people who have the same concerns (and learn from them too)
