The report explicitly notes the highly problematic and challenging problem of gaps and exclusion of consideration of the needs and rights of children with disabilities. Recognition of the critical need to address these disability-inclusion matters grows as we strive to reach SDG goals. Please comment on your findings and recommendations for inclusive ECD (IECD) and inclusive Nurturing Care (INC) as far as high-level support, multisectoral mobilization, and community engagement.

Thanks for the elaboration, but it seems you have come upon a serious challenge (and an opportunity if we are serious about “leaving no one behind”. What do you or the country reps recommend for progress?
donald.wertlieb@tufts.edu
01:37:58
Given that inclusive education goals are unlikely to be met without IECD and INC, how is the Thrive and Transform effort bridging healthy and education?
donald.wertlieb@tufts.edu
01:38:42
Will scaling up efforts continue to exclude children with disabilities ?
donald.wertlieb@tufts.edu
01:39:39
Yes, reaching every child would include those with disabilities, despite additional costs?
