SMART Advocacy for Supply Chain Management: An Introduction to IAPHL's Toolkit

Advocacy is an important tool for public health logisticians to influence decision-makers globally, encouraging them to support and invest in efficient and effective health supply chains. The establishment of IAPHL country chapters provides an excellent opportunity for advocacy at the county level.

With funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, IAPHL developed a toolkit and training materials for country chapter members to build skills in advocacy. These resources were piloted with the IAPHL Zimbabwe Chapter during a 2-day training. During this webinar, the IAPHL Secretariat will introduce these resources and the IAPHL Zimbabwe Chapter will share their experiences.
