A Technical Discussion: Data Use and teamwork for Improved SCM Monitoring
With support from USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), JSI is pleased to announce this opportunity to hear from people in the field and identify common challenges and solutions to improve the use of data for supply chain management monitoring in emergencies and complex settings. We will focus on the importance of forming review teams to analyze data and identify key indicators.

Ayuba Nuhu Tarfa, MSF Switzerland in Borno and Bauchi State, Nigeria

Rejoice is a pharmacist from Ahmadu Bello University In Zaria and currently works with INTERSOS Nigeria as Pharmacy Assistant in a stabilization center in Maiduguri, Borno State. In her role as medical logistics focal person, and in close collaboration with the warehouse pharmacist and clinic supervisor, Rejoice develops stock level alerts based on consumption and morbidity data, gathers stock indicators, analyzes them, and then discusses them with the medical activity manager/pharmacy manager. Rejoice is passionate about helping her fellow people who are victims of armed conflicts and contributes to better care and smooth logistics through integrated clinical practice and research.

Ayuba is a University of Maiduguri, Borno State, pharmacy graduate, currently studying at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda pursuing a Master of Science in global health delivery. He works as project pharmacy manager for MSF Switzerland in the Nigerian states of Borno and Bauchi. Ayuba has experience working with international humanitarian organizations like Save, MSF France, ALIMA, and INTERSOS.
