IAPHL Webinar: the Design and Implementation of IMPACT Teams
Please join IAPHL, inSupply Health, and John Snow, Inc. (JSI) on March 11th at 8:00a.m. EST / 1:00p.m. GMT for a short 30-minute panel discussion on the design and implementation of IMPACT teams.

Building "IMPACT" teams, or data review teams, is a people-centric and data-driven approach to improving supply chain performance. Coming from "Information Mobilized for Performance Analysis and Continuous Transformation", IMPACT teams are formed to promote a culture of data use and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain and with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer service.

During this webinar, three panelists will share their experiences of implementing IMPACT teams in Kenya, Tanzania, and Indonesia. They will discuss the design, organization, and functioning of these teams and provide recommendations for other countries or programs that are interested in developing IMPACT teams.

Panelists include Matiko Machagge, the Country Team Lead for inSupply Health in Dar es salaam, Tanzania, Judith Anyona a Senior Advisor at inSupply Health in Nairobi, Kenya, and Juhartini, the National Program Manager for supply chain of the "My Choice" family planning revitalization project in Indonesia.
