Gearing Up for Integrated Planning: Approach, Timeline, and Community Engagement
During the webinar, JSI’s IHAP TAC team will provide an overview of key steps to undertaking the planning cycle, outline the sequence of events associated with Integrated Planning, and discuss the importance of meaningful community engagement. Guest speakers from the Arizona Department of Health Services will share examples of how their Integrated Planning process is structured and coordinated and guest speakers from Maryland Department of Health and Iowa Department of Public Health will discuss their approach to community engagement. Attendees will learn how to access IHAP TAC assistance and resources to support integrated planning efforts. This is the first webinar in the IHAP TAC’s Integrated Planning 2.0 Webinar and Peer Learning Series.

The accompanying peer learning session where jurisdictions can further connect, share, and discuss challenges and strategies associated with integrated planning will take place on Monday, January 31. You do not need to attend the webinar in order to attend the peer learning session.
