Festival Concluding Live Panel: Civilian Casualties/Civilian Solutions

After losing both of his arms in a letter bomb, Father Lapsley became Chaplain of the Trauma Centre for Victims of Violence and Torture in Cape Town, assisting healing in South Africa with Desmond Tutu at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. He leads this panel with Robi Damelin who co-founded the Palestinian/Israeli Parents Circle, Jo Berry founder of Building Bridges for Peace, recognized peace activist David Hartsough, and Peaceful Tomorrows members Kelly Campbell and Patricio Grehan.
